Description
Rare one-sided Russian 78 rpm record: E. N. GOREMYKINA - SANCTA MARIA (THE VIRGIN MARY), Columbia Phonograph Co., No. 35106, New York – St. Petersburg. Artist and track in Russian: “еа аi” (Sancta Maria)….. еыиа (I’m pretty sure this is the artist, whose name translates as E. N. Goremykina). Label has patent dates of 1886, 1901, and 1902; matrix has patent date of 1902.
Condition: VG++ (minimal to minor scuffing, a tiny minimal soft scratch; some minor rubbing to labels. No cracks, chips, pits, deep scratches, worn grooves - not even a rough start).
