This LP is almost impossible to find with all the paper accoutrements in Mint Condition! Offered here is PINK FLOYD 'Dark Side Of The Moon' 1st UK Pressing 1973 BLUE Label EMI Stereo SHVL 804.                  The Dark Side of the Moon is the eighth studio album by the English progressive rock band Pink Floyd, released in March 1973. It built on ideas explored in the band's earlier recordings and live shows, but lacks the extended instrumental excursions that characterised their work following the departure in 1968 of founder member, principal composer, and lyricist, Syd Barrett. The Dark Side of the Moon's themes include conflict, greed, the passage of time, and mental illness, the latter partly inspired by Barrett's deteriorating mental state. The Original, and only owner, is a London UK to Hollywood CA transplant. HIS QUOTE: "I purchased my albums directly from a Record store, and none are second hand, or flea market finds. Plus, I used a feather light cartridge, so as to retain excellent condition and Sound quality." The condition of the vinyl with a visual inspection is Near Mint/Mint, or better. The Fold Out matte cover sleeve is in Very Good/Fine condition, retaining some gloss, but minor ring wear. However, the album sleeve shows glue deterioration and separation-see last photo. The paper and poster inserts are all in Near Mint/Mint condition. The black paper and plastic interior sleeve is in Very Good condition. Still, one of the finest examples of this LP offered for sale on the internet. Plus, we use standard LP mailing boxes, with extra interior cardboard slats to prevent movement or damage during shipment.
