Up for auction is an early vault release package, this being release number #8 in the series. It was unknown

at the time that this was to be the final White Stripes show but thankfully it was recorded and pressed only

in this limited run for great fans to experience. Thankfully, I was able to have a mate who also ordered this

package and we listened to that copy. This and each of its contents are currently unplayed, with only the shrink

removed to check its contents at the time. Overall it is a beautiful double gatefold set featuring two heavy

slabs of vinyl each documenting their final blistering set. A set list of, J. White penned bangers, vibrant

hard blues standards, typical non-stop energy, and fantastic send off.

 

The seven-inch single is a fantastic early peek into what was in store for all of us. Both of these tracks

are classics and to have the influence recognized is a fantastic tribute. As for the DVD it contains another

sweaty, gritty, live slice of The White Stripes at they’re most eager, yet care free a few days after

the release of their second album.

 

I will note the condition now for each being M- for the media side, unplayed each of the items are.

The Sleeve has a zero dings, with a super small amount

of shelf wear, no ring wear. It’s been stored in three outer sleeves since arrival from Third Man. M-

S : Sealed

M : Completely clean, No marks

M- : Gently used, looks clean, plays clean, shiny gloss, no marks

EX : Paper scuffs or superficial mark, near M-, high gloss, plays clean

VG++ : Glossy with minimal scuffing or light mark playing very nice, clean

VG+ : A bit more scuffs or marks still plays well with very minimal surface at worse

VG : More marks/scratches only minor, nothing deep, no loud clicks or pops this.

VG- : Surface noise present, will not have skips or jumps
