Fatal Rage Mutha Records catalog #004. The cover shows wear as you can see in the pics, the seams are still strong and intact! The insert still retains it's white not yellowed as most are. The vinyl is very clean with a high sheen, no visible scratches, there is a pressing "dimple" which does not affect play. I have played this record through and it sounds unbeleivable!!
