GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): Strong VG.  Overall very nice with only a small tear on the front cover.  Spine, seams and corners all look excellent.  VG+ if it werent for the small tear on front.  Inserts are both VG++

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD):   VG+ clean and shiny aside from a few very faint non feelable scratches on side A.
