Job Lot of 4000+ Mainly Soul/Pop/Indie/Folk 1960s/1970s/1980s 7" Records

General Sleeve Condition: VG to EX / General Media Condition: G+ to EX (but please read notes below).

On offer here is a job lot of 4000 mixed 7" records covering different categories of pop music. General condition of the records themselves ranges from G+ to EX with the average condition being around VG+ These have been checked visually and all should be playable. Similarly the sleeves range from G to EX condition, a few may be a little worse with some minor wear related splits, tears, age marks and unglued seams. A very small number may have some writing on them (previous owners names and such like) or shop stickers/tape. These records are being sold at auction as they are surplus to our requirements as they fall outside our usual criteria for single item sales. Please also note there are some duplicates, some may have dust as they have been in storage.

Artists are many and varied and some of the records included in this lot appear in the photos attached to this listing.
Finally please could you make sure you have read and understood the Shipping and Payment notice below before you place your bid - Thank You!
IMPORTANT - Shipping And Payment: Please note that shipping costs for this boxed lot will be £100.00 to the UK (excluding Channel Islands) (not the £7.00 that eBay set as the limit for records), £320.00 to Europe, Ireland and Channel Islands due to weight considerations. Beyond Europe costs would be a lot higher so bidding is restricted to UK and Europe - sorry! If you bid on this auction using an account registered to an approved country please be aware we will NOT ship elsewhere should you win so please do not try and get around this restriction. With the run up to Christmas we are entering our busiest period so I am sorry but we are not able to make appointments for collection in person - please be aware of this. If you win please wait to be invoiced before you pay so that correct postage costs can be applied - failure to do so is likely to lead to delays before we can ship your purchase!
Payment within two days of invoice would be appreciated - however, if you cannot pay within this time then please simply drop us an email and advise when payment is expected so we can make sure we can ship on receipt of funds. Currently we can only accept payment through Paypal.
Thanks.

RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us in the first case as we believe that all issues can be resolved. We will aim to respond to your query within 24 hours, so please be patient and trust that we understand the importance of good customer service. Please keep original packing in case you should need to return an item.

GRADING: All of our records are graded using the standard UK Record Collector Grading system as follows:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc. FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced. POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
