I am not an expert record collector but I would rather the winning bidder was happier with the record than they expected, rather than have them disapointed. So I aim to be critical with my appraisal.
The record has not been well cared for, and could do with a good clean. It has many of the light hairline scratches you get on old records.
I do not have a record deck, but even though there is also a few more visible scuffs and scratches I think the record would play all the way through without skipping.
The gatefold sleeve has some creases and is a little worn around the edges and the spine has worn away. I think a little patience and some TLC in repairing and regluing the cover would be worthwhile.
