1979 JUKEBOX LOT (68) 45 rpm RECORDS --- NM+ to M- POP & ROCK n ROLL. Some promo copies, radio station copies.   68 TOP JUKEBOX HITS OF 1979. (no stones, zeppelin,  beach boys, beatles...otherwise pretty much complete). Most in original sleeves

This collection is being broken up after 50+ years in the business and a few years of retirement. I obtained it at an estate sale of a jukebox vendor a couple of years ago. 7144 45's...yep 7144. I've had my hands on all of these from 1949  up to the 70's (almost every one i've picked up from 1964 on the song floats thru my mind...maddening after 5000 or so. The records came into the business, were numbered (label gun tag) on the "a" side then on the sleeve was typed the year of release and the song title, very neat.. Some went out to the various jukeboxes he was renting, the others when into storage. It was cool to see some of the 1950's stuff that had not been touched since they were stored back then. My best find was 26 rolling stones records from 1964-1989...all the early stuff.........ALL MINT. they sold for $650 to a guy in France.

Thats the story of these 45's. They have come from an incredible collection and have been well cared for. Please continue their care and enjoy them for the rest of their journey.
