Hand numbered mask #15 out of 100 made. Vinyl were limited to 400 copies. Mask and vinyl have been kept in a shadow box since first purchased. Vinyl cover has a slight crease in the top left corner. Vinyl has never been played before and was received from the band unsealed. Extremely rare.
