VINYL CONDITION: There are NO MARKS / SCRATCHES or RUBS visible. The tonality and lack of unwanted background clutter serve to enhance the quality of the recording. Very High sheen to appearance of the record itself. COVER CONDITION: All the corners are still square. There are no scratches to the Cover and the backside is without flaw; white, nearly as the day it was sold. All the seams are still intact and uncut/unripped. There's no 'ring-wear' at all. Unlike other more costly copies being sold HERE, this record has never seen a drop of water!
This is as sweet a Miles LP from 1959 as you could hope for. I do not understand the OUTRAGEOUS prices being placed on this classic jazz masterpiece. There are reprints for those with the discrimination it takes to either own or not tell the difference between reprint pressings.
This will be packed to survive any amount of abuse in transit. I use correct LP mailers.
A Word About Condition The condition of a record is all-important as to determining its value. The values shown are drastically reduced for lesser condition copies, as shown below: Near Mint, or NM, condition records are unscratched. If the label has stickers or tape, this must be noted. Essentially, they look like they just came from the store. Very Good Plus, or VG+, condition records will have very few scratches. Without close inspection, they might pass for Near Mint copies. A VG+ record normally sells for half what a NM copy goes for. In Europe, this condition is known as Excellent, EX. Very Good, or VG, condition records have a fair amount of scratches, but they by no means appear "beat up". A VG condition record normally sells for one fourth of the NM price. In Europe, this condition is known as Very Good Plus.
This Rare Record would be a highlight to any Miles Davis collection.
All items are at least excellent condition unless we state otherwise so please read our descriptions carefully. We try to source items as close to Mint condition as possible, many will indeed be unplayed and as close to new as you could hope to find. Others may be 'used', however, all will meet our strict grading and are 100% guaranteed. Winning auctions will be shipped within 48 hours at the
