Postage and returns:

I send all my items inside the UK using Hermes so that even the smallest parcel is tracked online. I arrange for collection of the parcel by Hermes within 48 hours of the payment being made, if payment is made at the weekend or a Friday night then the 48 hours will start on the following Monday morning. Please note that Hermes delivery is normally quoted at 3-5 days, so please bear in mind that it may take a week for the item to arrive. If you need something urgently please let me know and we can make special arrangements. 

International postage is by Royal Mail, surface mail.

I work hard to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions of the item but sometimes things do go wrong. In this case I will provide a full refund of the item costs and the postage. However if the item is returned because it is the wrong size or the buyer changes their mind then I will refund, (once the item is received), less the postage.
