Original first pressing on Mercury, made in Chicago Illinois USA.
Has a DOUBLE gatefold with lyrics to the songs and the other gatefold has the sacrifice scenario.
Most of these just have the sacrifice gatefold and no lyrics, which were removed by the record company because of it's content.
Vinyl LP is in excellent like new condition, no scuffs or scratches, cover has just the SLIGHTEST and I do mean slightest wear (see pics) and side spine has slight wear in some spots, but no splits or anything developing.

This edition rarely shows up on ebay according to completed auctions, a previous one went for over $300 in similar condition.
