Insert -- 2 Inserts : Two Original inserts which are both 2 pages 4 sides long in gatefold fashion, the first has a track listing and the song lyrics in Japanese and English, with a large picture. The second insert when opened out has a large picture on it with a track listing underneath the picture in English; also there is a biography and discography on here in Japanese.    These have no rips, tears or splits, but have a couple of spots of humidity. Also included is a postcard sized survey card in Japanese.
