This is the rare original CHARLIE MINGUS "PITHCANTHROPUS ERECTUS" LP ~ ATLANTIC RECORDS 1237 MONO, Deep Groove, Black & Silver Labels, pressed in 1956. Jacket is a EX with some minimal corner scuffs and minimal wear on rear as pictured. Vinyl is a strong VG, very clean & shiny with some light surface marks, light surface scuffs / hairlines, and a couple small light scratches. The couple small light scratches are barely feelable with finger nail. Original deep groove black & silver labels are nice with some light spindle marks. Comes in blank inner sleeve.
