I ship all my records in quality LP mailers with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap using USPS media mail. Unless you request otherwise, all sealed records will be unsealed prior to shipping so they can be shipped outside of their sleeves. Shipping a record inside its sleeve can cause seam splits, and any damage that may occur shipping sealed records will be the responsibility of the buyer.
