The young veins contains two members from panic! At the disco and one from bright eyes. The vinyl Comes with the cd of the record as well.
Sleeve is in VG+ condition (has a crease on the top left corner)
Vinyl is in VG+ condition due to paper scuffs. Plays and sounds great!!

-I clean all my vinyl with disc doctor solution, then use my record vacuum and carbon brush
