I'm not a professional record grader, so I will be as exact about this item's condition as I can.
The sleeve is in pretty excellent shape. There is some light rubbing, and a small split in center along the bottom (2").
Every record I sell on eBay has been played all the way through on new equipment. This record has no skips or sratches. Light surface noise at best, which is typical of all records. I always recommend that the buyer wipe off the vinyl before playing.
