Here is a unique item for the ultimate Jim Croce fan. Here is a copy of Croce’s 1974 greatest hits album, Photographs & Memories in QUADRAPHONIC sound! This scarce Quad pressing of Croce’s album is in absolutely gorgeous condition! I would put it close to being in Mint condition!
The record comes in the original inner record sleeve. Quad was similar to what is now called 4.0 surround sound in that it uses four channels in which speakers are positioned at the four corners of the listening space, reproducing signals that are (wholly or in part) independent of one another. It was kind of the 5.1 of the day minus a speaker or two!
Tracks:
Side One:
1) Bad, Bad Leroy Brown
2) Operator (That’s Not the Way It Feels)
3) Photographs and Memories
4) Rapid Roy (The Stock Car Boy)
5) Time In A Bottle
6) New York’s Not My Home
7) Workin’ At The Car Wash Blues
Side Two:
1) I Got A Name
2) I’ll Have To Say I Love You In A Song
3) You Don’t Mess Around With Jim
4) Lover’s Cross
5) One Less Set Of Footsteps
6) These Dreams
7) Roller Derby Queen
The cover, vinyl and inner sleeve are in absolutely gorgeous condition! I would give them a VG++ or Mint- grading. Stunning! You would be hard-pressed to find a Quad copy of this record in this condition again!
We will start the bidding ridiculously low so this cool record of the late, great Jim Croce finds a good home. Bid now!
