Our aim is to despatch stock items within 48 hours (2 working days) of payment being received, although due to stock locations some items may take a little longer. Preorder items can only be shipped once released by the record company. These items are clearly marked with an expected release date, once released then the delivery times below come into effect. Please make sure you are aware that these items will not be shipped until the stated release date.

Once handed over to Royal Mail for delivery they will deliver your item based on the delivery service you have chosen:

First Class: although usually next day, this is not always the case and Royal Mail can can take up to 3 working days to deliver.

Second Class: usually 2 days but again, Royal Mail can take up to 7 working days to deliver.

Airmail: this varies and can take up to 21 days

Items you have changed your mind on may be returned within 7 days for a refund on the cost of item only; no postage costs will be refunded.

Damaged items must be sent back to us and will be replaced (subject to stock) or refunded.
