Record -- Mint- : This Vinyl still has a beautiful shine; it has no scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds terrific when played.

Cover -- EX+ : Heavy Card cover, it has no tears, splits or seams coming undone, just a small piece of paper on the reverse at the top right side from where the obi had been stuck at one point maybe. The back has a track listing and some credits on in English.

Obi Strip -- - : Missing Sorry.

Insert -- 1 Insert : One Original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long, this has the track listing on in English and Japanese, the lyrics in English and some information in Japanese. This has no rips, tears or creases.
