First pressing with ''New York USA'' printed on the labels.
Vinyl has had a lot of play, surface scratches and wear, but plays good. Graded VG- (cover is also VG- with partial seam split on bottom and wear as shown).
If it was any better condition, it would sell for $50 - $100, IMHO.
