Hendrix taught Fat Mattress guitarist Noel Redding to play bass to join his group. When Hendrix first toured in the U.S. he was back up band for The Monkees at Kennedy Stadium in Bridgeport, Ct. Jimi Hendrix: vocal, guitar, Noel Redding: bass, vocals, Mitch Mitchell: drums.

(Mint) :  sealed LP

(Near Mint) :  plays flawlessly, no surface noise, no spindle wear, no warpage

(Near Mint- or EX+) :  very close to Near Mint, maybe faint noise during blank areas, no visual defects

(EX) : high luster and a great recordable LP, periodic light surface noise

(VG++) :  high luster and great playback, minimal noise , maybe a light scuff with no effect on playback

(VG+) : LP that has been played frequently but taken care of, gloss still present, surface noise that's not annoying

(VG) :  surface noise throughout but no skipping, dull looking vinyl

(VG-)  : surface noise throughout and occasional skipping

Mint        Sealed LP with no bumped corners

Near Mint        Crisp LP cover with no edge or corner wear, all original gloss present

VG++        Slight shelf wear, maybe minor edge or corner wear
