Recorded live at Spectrum, Philadelphia, PA, USA on August 6th, 1975 by by the original Black Sabbath line-up. Songs marked with (*) were recorded from a TV broadcast filmed at the Civic Centre, Hartford, CT, USA on August 10th, 1980 with Ronnie James Dio on vocals.
Cover has a split seam, and looks a bit aged.
