Colosseum's Those Who Are About To Die Salute You Fontana STL 5510 (886 765 TY)
Up for auction is my copy of the British import of Colosseum's Those Who Are About To Die Salute You. (Am I the only one who thinks their song "Beware the Ides of March" is a plagiarised ripoff of "A Whiter Shade of Pale"?) This is my copy that I have owned and taken care of since I bought it back in the 1970s. There are no defects present and the record was only played to copy it onto tape. The record and sleeve are both in excellent near mint shape.
Please feel free to make an offer on this record.
Please click on "See other items" to
see my other vinyl related items (including MSFL) that might still be on
auction - I'm adding new items almost every day. Please read my
Feedback - you'll see how accurate my descriptions are and the quality
of the items I sell.
I am the original and only owner of this
item and I've always tried my best to take the best of care of my
stuff. This item has been kept in a closet (not in the attic or
basement) in a smoke free, pet free home so there is no problem with
mold or odor.
The picture with the listing is of the actual
items up for sale. If you have any questions about the item please
e-mail me before bidding.
Buyers have a choice on how they want it mailed to them. Media Mail is the cheapest (and slowest) method but it will include insurance and tracking. Buyers may also request Priority Mail if they want (It's actually cheaper than Parcel Post and includes tracking and insurance for free - which may help explain why the Post Office is billions in the red). I usually mail the item out the next day after receiving payment.
I will
be happy to reduce the overall shipping charge if the same bidder wins
more than one item. If you have won one item and are bidding on
another, please let me know before paying and I will send an invoice.
REMEMBER - anytime you wish to buy multiple items from one seller, using
the shopping cart feature instead of paying for each item one at a
time. Do note that single items can be mailed at a cheaper rate due to
certain discounts and when two or more items are combined such discounts
no longer apply. In other words, a presumed combined discount may not
amount to much. It just depends on the situation.
Per eBay's
regulations, please pay within two days of the auction's end. Failure to
pay after five days could result in revoking the winning bid and a
complaint filed for non-payment.
I'll be happy to leave feedback
when I know you have received your item and that you are happy with it.
Please contact me if you have any questions, comments, or problems
before leaving feedback as I strive to retain my perfect feedback score.
Thanks for looking!
You may receive your item in a
re-used box (so don't be surprised if it's an Amazon box - it helps the
environment and all that stuff).
Because eBay now requires
sellers to provide money back guarantees if an item isn't received by
the buyer (even if the buyer fails to request insurance), I must include
insurance in everything I sell, as almost everything I sell is
one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable. The thing is, is that once you add
insurance and tracking to the postage of 1st Class, Parcel post, or
Media Mail, the amount is very close (IF NOT MORE!) than Priority Mail,
which is why I generally mail everything by Priority. Also, I often
charge less than what the shipping costs me. Compare my shipping charges
against others - some charge TWICE as much as I do for lesser services
(i.e., Parcel Post, etc.).
