The cover looks great. There are no seam or spine splits, no writing, no stickers, etc. The lower right corner has a small "push" and the upper left corner has a small tear in the slick right on the tip. Cover grades near mint minus. It is numbered as SW 385 while the labels on the record are SO 385 with "The Beatles Again" as the LP title.
The vinyl looks to be in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. Visually grades VG++. It has been playtested and sounds great. The dead wax indicates that this is a Scranton, PA manufacture.
The labels are clean with a couple of light spindle marks. Side 2 rim print reads "Mfd by Apple Records Inc."
