Sealed, cover is paper like an inner sleeve. And as pictures show, there are some creases on the corners.
I expect the vinyl to be clean with no warping as I purchased several records of Chilean artist of this time. All were sealed but two and the vinyl of those two looked to be nm and unplayed.
But as it is sealed, I will not take returns if it is opened.
