All records are brand new with the exception of the Old Crow Medicine Show record. The Old Crow record has no scratches but has some light bending on the corners of sleeve. It appears to be new and never played but I am not positive so I am selling as used. All other records I have I personally purchased from record store and am positive are brand new. Buzzcocks record has began to split, but record still looks perfect.
