Very nice copy of this EP. Sleeve is very good with slight corner and edge wear. It has been stored in a plastic sleeve since I bought it. I am the original owner of the record. Vinyl sounds good, visual blemishes on vinyl do not affect play. Surface noise is very little.
Includes all those inserts you see: a Pusmort catalog, a lyric sheet, a single panel of the cover art and two stickers. Center label is purple ink on gray label.
