We've downsized and are selling our more than 50 years of vinyl!  These records have been played sparingly, usually no more than once or twice on a high-end Thorens Turntable.  Our practice was to immediately record the LPs onto tapes, to save the vinyl records from wear.  They've always been stored vertically and have always been in climate controlled, non-smoking environments.
I purchased this record in 1984 and played it no more than twice to record it onto tape. This includes the Poster of Prince and The Revolution as well as the Promotional Sticker that came affixed to the front of the original shrink-wrap.  The photos speak to the condition: the vinyl record is near mint except for a small smudge where I affixed and subsequently removed an identifying sticker when I recorded the album on tape.  We've taken a couple of photos to show the hard-to-see smudge.  It's just below the "1" on side 1.  Tough to see but we believe in full disclosure.  The outer sleeve is very good, the inner sleeve has a small tear at the top and some wrinkling in a corner.  The Poster is in excellent condition! ugh to see in the photos.  
This album will be carefully packed in a new LP shipping box and shipped USPS Priority Mail.  We do not use Economy shipping due to the much longer time in transit and greater chance of mishap/damage.  It's just not worth the few dollars savings.
