Gatefold sleeve is VG+ with some light age related wear.

Please note that I take pictures of my items in natural light in order to try and show my items true colour and I will often put notes in the description to help with this. However the display settings on the device that you view the listing on may affect the colour shown in the photos. Due to this being out of my control I cannot accept returns if the items colour, shade, tone or brightness are different to the images you viewed. Please keep this in mind when bidding. Buy it now items can be returned if the colour differs from the picture but will always be at the cost of the buyer.

Records are graded under a powerful lamp using a natural light bulb to ensure an accurate grading.

Records in job lots are visually graded unless otherwise stated and will not be cleaned so please keep this in mind. If you want me to have a listen to the record for you then please just let me know, however, in most cases I will only have time to skip through.

Records listed individually will be cleaned and visually graded. I will often play them through aswell, if I've done this then I will put a note about the audio in the condition notes.

No returns accepted on auction listings unless the item does not match the description. If this is the case contact me straight away and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue. Any other problems with postage etc please contact me before leaving feedback. Returns are accepted on buy it now items within 14 days and must be confirmed prior to the item being posted back to me. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer, I suggest 2nd class signed for items up to £50. Obviously items need to be what I sent you and in the same condition as it was upon my sending. Refunds will be issued upon my recipt of the item and confirmation of condition. Different or damaged items will not be refunded.

Payment to be made within 48 hours of the auction ending, if payment has not been received by then an unpaid item case will be opened. So please only bid if you intend to pay for the item, if you have any problems regarding the payment then contact me ASAP after the auction.

48 hours handling time does not include weekends or bank holidays. So an item purchased on Friday may not be posted until Tuesday, however, I always try to get items sent out as soon as possible. The handling time for items purchased after 5pm will start the next working day.
