Like new vinyl. Jacket is VG++ with just a slight downward bend at the mouth of the jacket...see pic. The "hazmat" cover is torn open at both ends. All else looks great. Vinyls are unplayed and grade NM. This came in a record lot that I bought a long time ago...I was after other records in the lot and am now deciding to sell this. The original owner had this one described as unplayed. I don't see any signs of play on them.
I don't believe this was an official release.
