Side 1/Side 2: Weak VG+: some faint surface scratches, nothing deep, still clean, plays nice.

Front/Back: Small light crease on top and bottom of opening, some scuffs.

VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
