RECORD: Near mint, no marks of any kind, good gloss, plays perfectly
EXTRAS: 4 page insert EX+ to NM, some very light discoloration on opening side.  
OTHER INFO:Audiophile Japanese pressing.  Title tune, It Never Rains, Private Investigations, Telegraph Road, AND, the only known cure for Industrial Disease!  Great lp, best pressing ever!

Mint - Perfect
Near Mint - Near perfect. I've seen descriptions that say near mint with minor scuffs or scratches. Hello??? If there are scuffs or scratches, it's NOT near mint!
Excellent - Normal LIGHT wear. An item that's been handled or played, but still an enjoyable listening experience.
Very Good - Noticeable wear, expect some surface noise.
Poor - A Frisbee. You won't see any of that here.
