Flying Dutchman Records catalog # FD 10155, stereo, copyright 1972.
A very clean white label promo copy of Leon Thomas' "Blues and the Soulful Truth" album. This is funky soul-jazz outing by vocalist Thomas, who's joined by a hot band including Cornell Dupree and Larry Coryell - electric guitar; Stanley Clarke and Gordon Edwards - bass; Neal Creque - electric & acoustic piano; Pretty Purdie - drums; Pee Wee Ellis - saxes.
This LP comes from a radio station library, and was played very little if at all. Sleeve has minor handling wear, stickers front and rear, a bit of ink on the rear, and a bit of colored tape on the spine for index purposes. (See photos)
