Vintage lp: MISTER ROGERS SINGS 21 FAVORITE SONGS from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood - Columbia House 1P 6077, jacket still in the shrink wrap, released in 1971.  

Condition is VG/EX+ (vinyl is glossy but has several areas of light scratching which cause a few ticks and soft background; clean labels; jacket is sharp with minor rubbing to bottom-right corner).
