NOTES:  FULL BAND AUTOGRAPHED COVER!  IT HAS BEEN SIGNED BY EDDIE JACKSON, SCOTT ROCKENFIELD, MICHAEL WILTON, CHRIS DEGAMO AND GEOFF TATE.  The vinyl has full gloss and is free of any scuffs or hairline scratches.  It is PRISTINE.  The labels are crisp and clean with no signs of handling, spindle marks or trails.  The inner sleeve is the original with photos and credits.  It has small record slits on two sides.  I have placed the lp in a new generic white sleeve to prevent further damage to the original during shipping.  The album jacket has one very small corner ding in the upper right hand corner.  The album has been placed in an outer heavy-duty poly protective sleeve.  THIS LP WAS DIRECT METAL MASTERED AT MASTERDISK BY BOB LUDWIG!!  THIS WAS IMMEDIATELY PLACED INTO STORAGE AND NEVER PLAYED.

MINT- / (NM) Near Mint  It will play and look like new.  There may be extremely faint paper scuffs or hairline scratches from the inner sleeve.  Labels are crisp and clean. It will look like new.  No promo cuts or holes. There may be extremely minor flaws such as edge rub from storage.   Still looks like new but may have light scratches and scuffs that do not affect play.  Labels may show a few light spindle marks.  Still looks like new but may have some very light creases, seam rub or corner dings. Faint partial ring wear may be starting. NO seam splits.  (EX) Excellent (VG+) Very Good Plus Handling is becoming more evident with visible scuffs and scratches that may occasionally affect sound quality.  The labels show heavier spindle trails or other light marks.     Very faint ring wear and light discoloration.  Creases and corner wear are slightly heavier There may be one seam split of less than one inch. (VG) Very Good Lacks most of its original gloss. Groove wear is evident and scratches are deep enough to feel. Surface noise is very likely.  Label may have writing tape or stickers. Ring wear may be very noticeable and seam splits may be on all three sides.  Corners and seams show considerable wear; There may be writing, tape or stickers.  Still a reasonably good usable cover.  (G) Good Unless rare I do not sell this grade. COVERS THAT HAVE CORNER CUTS, HOLES OR NOTCHES WILL NOT BE GRADED ABOVE EXCELLENT.

 

Grading is a subjective thing.  As Goldmine states, there is a high end and low end within all grade levels.  I have provided many photographs so that you can examine the item very carefully.  You will receive exactly what is photographed.

 

PROMOTIONAL COPIES:  Promotional copies usually came from FIRST PRESSINGS.  First pressings matter to audiophiles.  Cover drills (holes), corner cuts and cover notches were a common way for the record labels to mark and identify non-returnable promo copies. These covers may not look the best but it may be the best vinyl you can find.  If it's the listening experience you're looking for you may want to give one a try.

The LP and cover must be in the same condition as when sent (this can be verified).  Still Sealed items must be returned sealed in order to be eligible for a refund.  This is because sealed albums lose value once opened.
