The debut album from Wilco, the new band formed by singer-songwriter Jeff Tweedy with three of his band mates following the break-up of alt-country pioneers Uncle Tupelo, continued that older group's brand of updated country-rock (emphasis on "rock") and emotionally powerful songwriting. Power-poppy, bittersweet, alt-country driven tunes like “I Must Be High" and "Casino Queen" suitably set the mood for the album. 180-gram vinyl pressing also includes a bonus CD of the entire album.

Originally released in 2002 and named one of Rolling Stone Magazine’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is without question Wilco’s most storied and experimental release. Produced by the band and mixed by Jim O’Rourke, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot finds the Chicago-based band stretching their creative boundaries, imbuing their trademark sound with inventive textures and song structures. From the poignant opener “I Am Trying To Break Your Heart” to the stark and powerful “Ashes of American Flags” to the giddy pop of “Heavy Metal Drummer,” Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is an ambitious original that no one should be without. This 180-gram double vinyl LP version also includes a bonus CD of the entire album.

From 2007 and debuting on the Billboard 200 at number four, the band's first release with virtuosic guitarist Nels Cline in the fold, Sky Blue Sky is an astounding demonstration of the band's ability to move between soulful acoustic folk, jazzy blues, country twang, and swaggering rock music. WILCO – WILCO (THE ALBUM)
Wilco’s seventh studio outing, Wilco (the album), took shape quickly in January 2009 after the band traveled to Auckland, New Zealand to participate in an Oxfam International benefit project.   Wilco (the album) combines the intimacy of its previous studio release, Sky Blue Sky (2007), with the experimentation of A Ghost Is Born (2004) in a set that boasts strong melodies and gorgeous, often unabashedly pop arrangements. The songs find Tweedy juxtaposing heady, heavy themes like disillusionment (“Country Disappeared”), martyrdom (“I’ll Fight”) and homicide (“Bull Black Nova”) with acceptance (“You Never Know”), love (“You and I”) a duet between Tweedy and Canadian indie sensation Feist, humor (“Wilco (the song)”) and more. Sonically the album draws on many of the best elements of Wilco's wide-ranging previous work, while incorporating Tweedy's objective to "use the studio as another instrument.” The result is a unique, complex endeavor. Pressed on 180-gram audiophile-quality vinyl and includes the complete album on CD.
