Cover condition: crease in top right, small split on top, spine fair, wear all around from handling. No noticeable ringwear. 
Includes storybook/script read along with the record. Booklet has been handled but in overall good condition. 
Sleeve: Some creasing at top. Original RCA sleeve with plastic in center. Small tear near center. small amount of ringwear.
Record: Good condition with very little surface wear. Center hole is in great condition. Maybe a bit dusty.
