Up for bids is an original mono Jazz LP by Jackie McLean called "New Soil". Blue Note Records. BLP 4013. 1959. 
ORIGINAL DEEP GROOVE PRESSING! 
"BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC • 47 WEST 63rd • NYC" ADDRESS ON BOTH LABELS. Probably pressed between 1959 to 1961.
Both sides' Trail-Off's have stamped "RVG"!
Both sides' Trail-Off's also have the Plastylite Ear!
"Ⓡ" SYMBOL AT THE BOTTOM OF BOTH LABELS!
Front of cover is laminated. 
"43 West 63rd St., New York 23" ADDRESS, BOTTOM-CENTER, ON BACK OF COVER. 
Comes with [possibly] original plain white inner sleeve in VG condition. 
NOTE: The grades I use are Mint (rarely used grade), Near Mint, VG+++ (rarely used grade), VG++, VG+, VG, VG Minus, Good+, Good, Fair and Poor.
Cover is in Good+ condition. Front looks pretty good with some wear in spots. Back of cover has some wear and staining by the edges. Top of cover has some old tape that stops a full top-split (it's still doing the job!). Bottom also has tape covering an 8" split at the opening. Tape has browned some of the cover's edges. Spine is nice with some minor laminate checking. Cover has a slight curve to it. All in all, not the worst I have seen.
I would rate the record’s condition as Good+ to VG Minus. Has some scratches and wear that affect play at times, but do not skip on my player (can't guarantee they won't on yours). Most wear is towards the end of each side. Labels look pretty nice (scanner may have lightened them a little; the blue's are darker) with some wear by the Side 1 spindle hole. Overall, record still sounds awesome on my player! Even far from perfect, the classic Blue Note sound is maintained. GOD BLESS BLUE NOTE & VAN GELDER!
