VINYL IN VG CONDITION

Well played vinyl - that has lasted very well.

Following close inspection of the vinyl, there are light surface marks/light scratches visible - no deep scratches - Have checked vinyl under a bright light

I have cleaned with Okki Nokki record cleaning machine prior to playback

Have playtested vinyl on a Regar Plan 2 deck

There were no skips, jumps, or sticks, but there was some periodic background surface noise/low level clicks – more noticeable in between tracks & during quiet passages - plus some more noticable background noise on a couple of tracks.

Sound quality is excellent – no deterioration in sound quality

In general, when the vinyl was played, the background noise did not overwhelm the music - nor ruin the listening experience. Only some occasional distraction from excessive noise on a couple of tracks - e.g "Chains".

Record labels are fairly clean and the print is clearly visible.

No writing on the record label

No sticky residue or discoloration.

Except for spidermarks & light Spindle wear.

SLEEVE IN VG CONDITION

A fully formed sleeve that has been marred by the number of blisters/creases in the laminate & flipback - no significant splits or tears - the sleeve neither has not any defacing or any pen marks

Otherwise, the sleeve has general storage & age related wear from rubbing & handling etc  i.e the laminated side of the sleeve has some creases / blisters throughout & wear on/near the edges / corners/small  minor tear on one corner.

Flipback & rear sleeve - blisters / some scuff marks & light staining

very light minor record ring wear

No seam splits or tears.

text on the spine is clearly legible

GRADINGS ARE BASED ON RECORD COLLECTOR

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

I DO NOT SELL ANY VINYL GRADED LESS THAN VG, UNLESS IT IS ANYTHING THAT IS VERY RARE OR SPECIAL.
