Condition Guide

Mint (M): Brand-New, sealed and never played.

Near Mint (NM): Like-New Condition. Played less than 5 times. No signs of wear.

Very Good Plus (VG+): A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Defects should be more of a cosmetic nature, not effecting the actual playback. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK". The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.  Spindle marks may be present. Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear, and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, or cut corner.

Mint (M): Perfect, unused in sealed original packaging.

Near-Mint (NM): Close to perfect with no visible scratches or scuffs. Played less than 5 times.

Excellent (EX): May contain very light surface scratches and/or scuffs. Label and jacket may show slight signs of ring-wear / lightly bent corners. No creases, writing, tear or rips.

Very Good Plus (VG+): May show some signs that it was played and handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Imperfections are cosmetic not affecting the actual playback. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs and surface scratches Slight warps that do not affect the sound are ok. The label and jacket may have some slight ring ring-wear, discoloration, and imperfections. 

Very Good (VG): Many of the imperfections found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG record or sleeve.

Good (G) to Poor (P): We do not sell Poor (P), Fair (F) or (G) Good graded vinyl.

* We recommend a light cleaning of the records before use, as these have been kept in dry storage and have not been cleaned / dusted prior to shipment.

** All vinyl condition ratings are assessed to the best of our ability. Pre-owned vinyl is subject to normal wear and tear and vinyl condition rating is subjective. While our listings are non-returnable / non-refundable, we are committed to our customers satisfaction.
