Albert Hammond Jr. was born in Las Angeles California, the son of singer/song writer Albert Hammond ("It Never Rains In Southern California"). Moved to New York City in 1998 and became friends with Julian Casablancas and was the last member to join the now iconic band "The Strokes". A huge talent in his own right, from playing rhythm and lead guitarist, keyboards and a songwriter. He is also a fashion designer on the side and released a line of male 3 piece suites- his trade mark attire.
The LP "Yours To Keep" was his first solo debut LP (originally only on CD) by Rough Trade Records in the UK on October 9, 2006 and through New Line Records/Scratchie Records on March 6,2007 in the US. The video to the single "In Transit" was directed by Joaquin Phoenix.
This RSD Edition of "Yours To Keep" is the first vinyl pressing by Vagrant Records made in France in 2016. Has 2 bonus songs and the record features some musical guest such as Sean Lennon. This is sealed thus mint condition. Cover is in Mint condition as well.
