Why Buy A Record From Me?

There’s a lot of people selling records, so why would you buy a record from me instead of someone else?

I love all sorts of music from jazz to prog rock, from rock n roll to reggae, from soul to bubble gum pop, from synth to soundtracks, and I’m a record collector, so I know how I want to receive records when I buy them, and I hold myself to those same standards when selling records.

Each record is cleaned in a cleaning machine with a professional cleaning solution, then played to evaluate the condition and correct grading, then placed in a new, quality anti-static inner sleeve.

Record covers are also carefully cleaned, any loose seams (if any) are re-glued.

I give an accurate grading of the record and cover, so when you get it, there are no surprises.

Grading

Records are graded on a scale from Mint to Poor, generally following The Goldmine system of record grading.

M NM+ NM VG+ VG G+ G P

Covers are given a rating out of 10 - with 10 being Mint.

Some people only give a visual grading, so you can’t actually tell how the vinyl plays.

Postage

Singles are sent in rigid heavyweight cardboard at registered letter rate within Oz. Overseas regular parcel rates with tracking apply.

LPs are sent in professional quality cardboard record mailers, usually new, sometimes recycled.

Any particularly rare or valuable record will be carefully packed and sent in a box.
