This auction is for The Beatles "Lady Madonna/The Inner Light" vinyl 45 and picture sleeve - Capitol Records 2138. This is an east coast straight cut sleeve. The sleeve has no seam splits, no writing, no stickers, etc. There is some minor creasing on the top of the sleeve and also some record impression noticeable - there is light ring wear on the A side and more on the B side - grades VG+.
The vinyl has some light scuffs, etc- visually grades VG+.
The labels are in excellent condition.
