On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Who called "My Generation" and is an ORIGINAL 1965 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Grooved' Brunswick label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS WAS THE WHO'S FIRST & RAREST LP EVER AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS EASILY THE RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LP ON THE BRUNSWICK LABEL AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  AMAZINGLY, IT HAS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS 1/B 1/B MATRIX ENDINGS (MOST DONT!), AND THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' MT TAX CODING ON THE LABELS (LATER ONES HAVE 'KT 'INSTEAD!)!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING OF THIS INCREDIBLE LP THAT YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET!!!!

THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS AN ULTRA RARE 'SAMPLE RECORD' 1ST PRESSING!!!!  AND AGAIN, THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  'SAMPLE RECORD' PRESSINGS WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (NO MORE THAN A HUNDRED COPIES AT THE VERY MOST!), AND WERE ONLY EVER USED FOR 'IN-HOUSE' USE BY DECCA / BRUNSWICK THEMSELVES (FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES), OR VERY OCCASSIONALLY ONE WAS GIVEN OUT TO 'IMPORTANT VISITORS' TO THE FACTORY - SUCH AS PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS FOR EXAMPLE!!!!  'SAMPLE RECORDS' WERE NEARLY ALWAYS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE (AS IN THIS CASE!) - AND ARE TRULY EXCEPTIONALLY HARD TO FIND TODAY, AS BARELY ANY EXIST!!!!  IT IS ALSO WORTH NOTING THAT THE 'SAMPLE RECORD' STICKER IS CLEARLY 100% GENUNE - AS THERE IS A TINY TOUCH OF WEAR ON THE RIGHT OF THE STICKER, EXACTLY IN LINE WITH THE 'GROOVE' ON THE LABEL.  SO IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT IT HAS BEEN ON THIS LP SINCE THE DAY IT LEFT THE FACTORY!!!!  BARELY ANY 'SAMPLE RECORD' 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER MADE - MAKING THIS LP OF THE UTMOST RARITY (ESPECIALLY AS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER!)!!!!

THE LP EVEN HAS EXTRA STAMPINGS IN THE RUN OFF GROOVE I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE!!!!  ASWELL AS THE USUAL 1B/1B 'STAMPED' MATRIXES, 'STAMPED' MOTHER CODINGS & 'STAMPED' TAX CODING - THIS RECORD ALSO HAS 'SM' AND 'A' STAMPED ON 1 RUN OFF GROOVE!!!!  AND THESE STAMPINGS (CLEARLY FACTORY MADE!) I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE ON THIS LP!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THIS LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1965 UK 'EARLIEST' MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GROOVED' BRUNSWICK LABEL, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'MT' LABEL TAX CODING, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 1/B 1/B MATRIX ENDINGS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'HANDLING/PLAYING' INNER SLEEVE, AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'ROBERT STACE' LAMINATED MONO COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Brunswick UK MONO 1st Pressing from 1965 and is in GREAT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LAT 8616 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Grooved' Brunswick label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marksl!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty concentric marks AT ALL, only 2 or 3 TINY lateral hairline type marks, only 3 or 4 VERY light hairlines, only 3 or 4 MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  The record plays with NO skips, only a few VERY light clicks (though mostly NONE!), NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB - with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is still a very VERY decent record indeed!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Handling/Playing' inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Robert Stace' Laminated MONO Cover is in GREAT condition!!!!  The cover NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, NO rips, NO tears (apart from a couple of almost INVISIBLE and absolutely TINY repaired 'nicks' to the opening edge!), shiny laminate, NO edge splits, NO spine splits, only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking!), NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL (with some possible evidence of trimming here - though this is very VERY marginal indeed, if it has happened at all)!!!!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO ringwear, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, NO grubbyness, only 2 or 3 TINY 'age traces', NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is still a very VERY decent cover indeed (that most would grade higher I am certain!)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS (ESPECIALLY AS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - AND AN ULTRA RARE 'PRE-RELEASE' SAMPLE RECORD!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
