If you see an item priced lower somewhere else simply copy and paste the listing in a message and I will work to match the price if possible.  I am willing to negotiate if you come to me with the information showing my item is not priced right.

I offer One (1) Day Shipping, EXCEPT IN RARE CASES WHEN I AM OUT OF TOWN FOR A DAY. In most cases if I have an order to fill before 7:30 AM Central Time I will get it shipped that same day.  On Saturday, unless I am out of town, if an order is placed by 3:00 PM, I will get it shipped that day.

When you get your item please let me know if there are ANY issues or anything I can do to make you 100 percent satisfied.

If there is something wrong with the item, when emailing please give details/photos of what is wrong AND what you want to make it right. If you want a partial refund please speed the process up and suggest what you would like to make it right. I am very quick to respond to emails. I will do my best to fix any issue that may arise
