This is in great condition. I bought it brand new from Hot Topic when these were released. Played it a handful of times. The box is in very good condition, the record is beautiful, probably would grade it VG- as I didn't care much for the quality of these tshirt/album box sets. This is the best sounding of them all though. The shirt looks like it's been worn slightly, but is still in great condition with no holes. The extra is a print of a Killers concert poster, It appears to have come from a magazine. A must have for a collector. Record comes from a smoke free home and has never seen any usually cleaning methods or played on any low grade set ups.
