Hello and welcome to my auction for this beautiful and Very hard to find Debut album from Tracy Chapman

This is a simply stunning album with some of her very best song writing with tracks like Talkin’Bout A Revolution,Fast Car,and Baby can I hold you tonight,make this a classic album for any serious collection.

The vinyl:

This album is a deep glossy black and is in fantastic condition with only light wispy surface marks visible under strong light (caused from taking the record in and out of its poly inner sleeve)

The record plays through beautifully and is very quiet with only a tiny amount of surface noise mostly noticeable on run in grooves and between track’s(but hardly any)

The album sounds strong punchy and very dynamic and was a joy to play test.

This album has been fully play tested on a Project Perspex 6SB Turntable with a Ortofon 2m Black Cartridge and sounds perfect

This album is free from skips and sticks

This album is free from any distortion or groove hiss

The labels are clean fresh and free from any damage or writing

This is a Matt version.

The album cover is also in great condition with some age related wear ( see pictures) and light creases but nothing that causes any problems the cover is solid and still very presentable for a album that’s 30 years old

The original inner sleeve is included and is also in great condition with a few light creases and some wrinkles but nothing to worry about and in my opinion in great shape for its age of 30 years

The record has been cleaned and will be placed in a new antistatic inner sleeve ready you you to play and enjoy as soon as you get it

This is a beautiful album and you would be hard pressed to find a cleaner copy unless you can get an original sealed in the shrink
