On the Promo Capitol put Beatles interview Fab Four On Film on the B-side without reckoning that the recording was the property of United Artists, who promptly threatened to sue. The 45 was hastily withdrawn and the flip was replaced, creating an instant rarity.This is an UNPLAYED MINT PROMO of the withdrawn single with a Near MINT PICTURE SLEEVE. The record is in absolute pristine condition and has never been played, the picture sleeves have no ring wear whatsoever on them, but do have small seam tears on the bottom & sides from being stored and moved around in the original boxes. These display great and are a MUST have for any Beatles collection. Not very often that you find unissued Beatles records from an unopened case of old stock. These book at over $50 in this condition.
