I am growing my eBay business to help supplement my income in my retirement, which I hope can come soon. This is not a hobby, this is my future. 

I work hard to make sure every customer has a great experience when they purchase an item from me. Can I make mistakes, YES. When I do I do everything I can to make things right.

I work hard to make sure my items are priced below like items.  I want my items to sell quickly, and don’t want price to be the reason they don’t sell.

If you see an item priced lower somewhere else simply copy and paste the listing in a message and I will work to match the price if possible.  I am willing to negotiate if you come to me with the information showing my item is not priced right.

I offer One (1) Day Shipping. However, if an order comes in before 8:00 AM it will be packaged and shipped that same day.

I do have to occasionally travel, in which case my listings will be changed to indicate when a purchased item will be shipped.  I have two new granddaughters that I need to go see on a regular basis.

I ship on Saturday as well.

When you get your item please let me know if there are ANY issues or anything I can do to make you 100 percent satisfied.

If there is something wrong with the item, when emailing please give details/photos of what is wrong AND what you want to make it right. If you want a partial refund please speed the process up and suggest what you would like to make it right. I am very quick to respond to emails. I will do my best to fix any issue that may arise 

All of my feedback to date has been positive, except for one neutral feedback where the comment was very positive, but it was indicated as neutral.

I am sure there will be a time when I won’t be able to please someone, but I will do my best to make you happy.  I am responsive to questions, problems, or issues.  If you treat me fairly you will get back more in return. What I do not like is when I know I am being taken advantage of. I am not a large retailer that builds theft and unreasonable returns into their pricing structure. When I get taken, it hurts my bottom line. Remember, this is my retirement, please don’t take advantage of my good nature.
